Customer Care

We understand how valuable an online shopping facility is for our customers and it is therefore important that we are providing the best possible service.

Please tell us honestly what you think of the website and our enhanced service offering. If it’s good news, we’d like know, but if there are areas where we can improve the website, product ranges or customer service then we’d also like to hear about these things as well. 


Ordering is quick and easy. We have a search option which can be used to find a specific product within our online store or alternatively you can browse through each of our store sections which we have organised in a way that makes shopping with Frosburys as easy as possible. Once you have selected a product or products, simply add to your basket and view your selection prior to payment. At this point you may add to or delete any products in your selection.

Please note that all prices are updated regularly, however we reserve the right to discontinue any items featured and change prices as necessary.

Value Added Tax

All prices shown include VAT at 20% where applicable. 


Items will be charged to the credit/debit card details that you have submitted at the checkout once your goods are ready for despatch.

Delivery & Shipping

We offer the following options for UK mainland addresses only.  If you require delivery outside the UK, then please contact us and we will be happy to quote you a price for this.

Delivery with your next Feed order from Frosburys - Free
This option is only for customers who regularly receive a Feed delivery from us.  If you click this option and are not eligible the £4.99 standard delivery charge will apply.  If choosing this option, please call us to confirm we have the correct delivery address for you.

Standard Royal Mail/Parcel Force delivery - £ 4.99  takes 3-5 working days

Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery/Parcel Force - £ 9.95 requires a signature on delivery

(weekend deliveries excluded and order must be received before 3pm the day before)

If you require delivery to an address outside the UK please contact us via email at sales@frosburys.co.uk and we will be happy to quote a delivery cost prior to you placing an order with us.

Delivery prices may change for heavier items such as stable equipment or due to shape and size.  If this occurs we will notify you within 24 hours. We will advise you on the new price of delivery and at this stage you can advise us either to send goods on or to cancel your order.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Before Despatch

Until your order has entered the despatch process, you may cancel or change your order without additional charge. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call our customer services team on 01483 232294  Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm and on Sunday from 9.00am – 1.00pm.

After Despatch

Once your item has entered the despatch process or been delivered to your address, you may still cancel and return your order for a refund as per the instructions below.

Returns & Refunds

At Frosburys we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we will happily refund or exchange an item if returned to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. All items must be clean and dry. Please ensure you complete the Returns box on the reverse of your Delivery Note and package with your item. Please note that you will be responsible for all return postage and insurance. For large bulky items, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to arrange collection for a small fee.

Privacy & Security Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not pass any information that you give to us onto a third party and will only use this information to contact you about your order and give you the best service possible. Our email newsletter will only be sent to you if you have requested it on our website.

Terms & Conditions of Business

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms of use set out here. A contract between yourself and Frosburys for the sale of goods will only come into effect once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
